Strictlymarketing managing marketing for exciting Post Office Square revitalisation
By far one of the most exciting projects we have worked on, one of the busiest retail precincts in Brisbane’s CBD – Post Office Square – is getting a facelift and Strictlymarketing has been engaged to market it.
A well-loved landmark of Brisbane’s landscape, millions of dollars are being spent to revitalise the busy thoroughfare which connects Queen St and Adelaide St with Central Station, into a modern food and beverage hotspot in its own right.
Industry publication Inside Retail states 122,000 workers are located within a four minute radius of Post Office Square; many of whom would look to Post Office Square as their lunch destination. Add to this the current morning and afternoon peak foot traffic and visitors to the CBD throughout the day, and Post Office Square is easiest one of the busiest thoroughfares in the city.
This revitalisation project promises to make it so much more than a thoroughfare, with new food tenants increasing the food offerings, there is plenty of potential for it to become a well-patronised food precinct.
“It is an ambitious project which will breath new life into a site anyone who lives and works in Brisbane knows well,” Strictlymarketing Managing Director, Bev Strickland, said.
“We are also thrilled to be promoting the refurbishment to potential and existing tenants to help make it the food hotspot we know it can become.
“There are going to be lots of exciting announcements about the project which we can’t wait to share. Stay tuned!”
