Strictlymarketing lands itself a Big Fish
A new addition to the retail landscape in Brisbane, Big Fish Junction, has engaged Strictlymarketing to manage the marketing of the property from November 2023.
Big Fish Junction, in Brisbane’s northern most suburb of Caboolture, opened in November 2022 and has since seen some major retailers take up space at the centre.
The tenant list at Big Fish Junction really has made it a centre of convenience for everyday needs with a Coles Supermarket, Liquorland, Chemist Warehouse, Bunnings Warehouse, Petstock, Planet Fitness and Supercheap Auto all found there.
There are also a number of eateries and major fast food chains including KFC, Red Rooster, Subway and McDonalds.
The $80 million retail precinct is owned by funds management firm Eildon Capital Group.
Strictlymarketing’s Managing Director, Bev Strickland, said the signing of Big Fish Junction with the retail marketing specialists was exciting for her team of creatives.
“We always see the opening of a new retail precinct, and notably one as large as Big Fish Junction, as invaluable to local communities throughout South East Queensland as populations explode here placing enormous pressure on existing infrastructure,” Ms Strickland said.
