Strictlymarketing delivering digital media management for Rothwell Central
Investment group OzProp has engaged Strictlymarketing to manage digital media for its new acquisition, the northern Brisbane shopping centre Rothwell Central.
Rothwell Central has 29 tenancies anchored by a number of the mini majors including BCF, Skippy’s Market Fresh, Officeworks, Dominos, Super Cheap Auto, Battery World, Mr Toys Toyworld and Nutrition Warehouse.
The single level centre covers 11,015sqm of total gross lettable area across the 39,350sqm site which has scope for signifiant expansion into the future.
OzProp, a long-term Strictlymarketing client, finalised the $41 million acquisition in July this year and wants the centre successfully promoted within the community.
Bev Strickland, Managing Director of Strictlymarketing, said her team would do this by “utilising digital media to promote this asset in a way which has not been done before”.
“Rothwell Central is very much a central focus of the Deception Bay community and we look forward to reaching new shoppers and reconnecting with some who regard the centre as their ‘local shops’,” Ms Strickland said.
